
BACKGROUND
David Sitrick has over thirty-five years of experience as an engineer, inventor, attorney, consultant and instructor.
Mr. Sitrick has provided consulting and executive training workshops to numerous high tech companies in the U.S., Japan, and Korea. He has lectured to the U.S. Copyright Office by personal invitation from the Chief Copyright Attorney. Mr. Sitrick has lectured frequently at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law.
Mr. Sitrick utilizes extensive technical and legal experience in: the planning, negotiating, and drafting of agreements; licensing; litigation support; and intellectual property matters. He possesses unique skill sets in a wide range of technical areas. His hands-on, high-level engineering accomplishments at Ford Motor Company, Continental Can, and Texas Instruments provide him with unique insight when combined with his legal experience.
